2013 January 25 (Friday)

Overcomers.  I also had the privilege of having a wonderful intimate conversation with a princess again on Skype.  Every day this week in fact.  Truly a blessing!  Thank you Princess!

I also spent quality time with a young prince today.  Jesus said in Matt 18:3 “I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” I felt Jesus say to me “This is what I was talking about,” when I was with this young prince.  He is barely four years old, as far as I know, and he of course has his delightful innocence and loves to play ball games with whoever will play with him.  He showed me a game with a light soccer ball and two racquets.  In his mind, he was winning because at one time he said he had two points and I never got to hear if I had any, but it was still fun. 

We were just hitting the ball to each other basically, and he was a contented lad, all he needed was a companion and he had all he needed.  I know that feeling.  Of course, the companion will probably change when he gets older, but young prince Wes showed me something from the heart of God today that I trust I will always treasure in my heart.  Keep your “wants” simple and you have a greater chance of being fulfilled.
